He worked as a photographer in London for a few years before moving to Sydney Australia when he was 26 to start the video software company which became Bonjoro. Why video? The idea was born from a sales-hack for his second business, where he would send every new lead a personal video instead of a plain-text email. He knew from an early stage; customer experience is about making connections, automating where it makes sense, and providing a human connection as often as possible. Bonjoro was born soon after and with the popularity of video – for advertising, branding, marketing, email replies and more, I thought who better to have on the show to teach us how to maximise our client experience with video. In this interview, Matt shares how to improve and grow your photography business by using simple, natural video communication with your current and prospective clients.
